Osborne Richardson have only gone and done it again with another superb role. On this occasions we are working with our Local Government client in Southern Brisbane.

We have been asked to bring forth an exceptional Coordinator to manage Heavy Vehicle and Freight Routes in this ever expanding region. With a 6 month contract on offer, and a real possibility for ongoing work, this is truly a great chance to secure a career defining role.
1. As an experienced Infrastructure Coordinator, you will be well versed in the key duties however, to summarise you excel in:

  • Drafting of outstanding external funding applications related to heavy vehicle and freight route infrastructure management projects
  • Project coordination and management
  • Procurement, coordination and management of specialist consultants for technical and engineering matters
  • Identifying and undertaking industry/community stakeholder engagement, and seeking advocacy support from stakeholders
  • Contributing to the identification and quantification of infrastructure deficiencies
  • Working with project cost estimates, whole of life cycle, options and scenario analysis
  • Contributing to prepare scoping briefs for relevant infrastructure projects
  • Fulfil National Heavy Vehicle Regulator obligations in regards to road asset management elements to establish a robust process for NHVR application processing and to process National Heavy Vehicle Regulator Applications


As an ideal candidate, you will possess the following key skills and experience:
1. Demonstrated experience in drafting quality external grant applications for transport infrastructure funding
2. Degree qualification in Engineering, Planning, Economics, Project Management, etc
3. Knowledge and experience in road transport infrastructure economics, logistics, infrastructure planning, heavy vehicle/ freight access and asset management
4. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, project management and consultant management
5. Experience in the compilation of concise, written technical reports and complex documents.
