A vacancy exists for a suitably qualified mechanic to join the ground staff team at this Club.

The position will be full-time and is available for an immediate start.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the maintenance of their modern machinery fleet.
Experience in:
• Both large and small engines
• Diesel engines
• A knowledge of OH&S procedures
• Good record keeping skills will be advantageous.

Wages commensurate with qualifications will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Strengths and weaknesses, we all have them

We all have strengths and weaknesses, we love to tell everybody about our strengths, but we hide our weaknesses.

This in its self.. is a major weakness, and not a good trait for a prospective employee to display..

Recruiters need to know what your weaknesses are, because if you get the job, your new employer needs to know how to manager you.. thats if you want the job to be long term and satisfying.

If you don't want to be honest, and you only want a short term job..  keep your weaknesses to yourself..
