• Dandenong & Noble Park Locations.

Due to growth within the Company they are seeking 2 Parts Interpreters. One for their Dandenong sales and service branch and one for their centralized warehouse located in Noble Park.

The Role:
• Procure and process spare part orders
• Liaison with their overseas warehouses and offices
• Provide exceptional customer service via all communication methods.

You will be involved in the following aspects of the Inventory department:
• Part sales and price competiveness
• Parts Interpretation, while maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. branches and dealers)
• Participate in stock takes.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a spare parts environment, preferably in the heavy machine/equipment industry:
• Mechanical knowledge
• High level communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent problem solving and analytical ability
• Good computer knowledge and administration skills
• Pro active individual with a can do attitude
• A passion for customer service and sales.
