Finally, Trades people have their own dedicated Trades job portal, with a difference:

EmployMe will provide the job seeker with a link to the website address of every employer (in almost cases)

A link for you to check them out first, you decide if they are what you want in your career before you apply to their job.

EmployMe will only advertise the best jobs from the best employers on a weekly basis. A small number of job adverts, but you will know that they are the best available.

Quality jobs - not - Quantity of jobs like the "BIG" cluttered online job boards.

We have morphed into a full on trades job board.

Launched today.. a dedicated Trades job board with a difference.

Employers can only advertise their jobs on Employme.net.au if they provide us with a profile of their company, a reference so to speak.

If you apply for a Trades job, you need to know who the employer is. You have the right to decide if the employer is suitable for your life plan.

You, as the job seeker have the right to know if our advertisers are stable ethical companies.

We will always advertise the website address of our advertisers (where they have one) for your reference.

Todays jobs are Victoria and Tasmania jobs.

Sydney and New Zealand jobs available soon.

Welcome to Employme Local Trade jobs Online. The sister site of Recruitme Local Office jobs online

Redundancy or retrenchement, whats the difference

Redundancy: The employer gets rid of your job, and you, in that order. You get a pay out.

Retrenchment: Is the sneaky way of making you redundant. You may or may not get a pay out, but you will lose you job.

Who do I ask for help?

The Workplace Ombudsman: 1300 724 200.
