START THE DAY WITH THIS THOUGHT

The journey of a thousand miles begins with a broken fan belt and a flat tire.

What day of the week do you decide to leave your job?

What day of the week is the day that the majority of employees decide to start looking for, and applying for a new job. ??

And why do you choose this day as the trigger to leave your current employer.?

Dont fudge your resume

There has been an increase of "fudged"  details in resumes just of late.

The majority of "fudged"  resumes appear to be coming through professional resume writers, and the Government employment scheme, ie: the free recruitment agencies.

Employers are now more suspicious of professionally prepared CV's, and will ask you if you CV has been prepared by a third party.

If you are using a resume writer, or one of the "Free" Recruitment agencies, do not let them embellish your CV. 

Any fudging will be picked up and used against you by an employer. 

Obtaining employment through the use of false information can be used as grounds for dismissal.
